I am a real estate agent that was recently working with clients that were in a particularly tight financial situation. They had recently gone through bankruptcy which resulted in their credit being ruined. On top of that, there was limited income and they had a low down payment. All of these factors made it seem impossible for them to receive financing. When it looked like they wouldn’t be able to purchase a property, I was urged by a colleague to give Trevor a call. This person told me that “If Trevor can’t make it happen, no one can”. It was one of the most difficult deals that I had been involved in, so I knew that he would be in for quite a challenge.

Not only was Trevor able to obtain financing from them, but he was able to make it that their payments would be manageable. Trevor worked tirelessly to make this happen. Throughout the process, he kept in close contact with my clients, as well as giving me updates to let me know what he was doing. Two things that stood out to me were his problem solving skills and his ability to remain patient and understanding with my clients. I know that they appreciated this as well.
